Working with freelancers who let themselves be remunerated
Together with the freelancer, you lay down the working agreements in our model agreement, in which you set down the hourly rate or the price. This includes all costs, including medical expenses, pension, employer's costs and administrative costs. In order to determine the hourly rate, it is best to use a colleague's rate or multiply the gross wage by 1.6 to 2.4. With this method you pay a fair wage for honest work. The minimum rate is 15 euros excluding VAT.
With this rate the freelancer himself chooses the conditions under which he / she wants to be paid by us. When you hire freelancers via Sportverloning, you are 100% insured that all legal payments are properly paid. If desired, you can also use our G-account for extra security.
